职位描述/要求:
Customer Service 80%
· Respond to customer requests for information in a timely manner
· Answer customer telephone calls, providing technical information and addressing and resolving inquiries and problems
· Process incoming mail and faxes, responding to customer needs and requests
· Sell Company products to customers, either by promoting products with existing customers or by following up referrals to new customers
· Work with Sales Representatives to develop quotes
· Expedite customer orders
Clerical Duties 20%
· Write and process customer orders and process confirmations of sales orders on our computer system
· Fill requests for catalogs, samples and giveaways
· Assemble or print catalogs or advertising materials, as needed
· Assist with newsletters and promotional materials
· Perform filing activities and information retrieval, as needed
· Back up reception, data entry and scanning responsibilities, as requested
· Update price lists in the computerized system
· Prepare quotations, with approval of Sales and General Manager
· Work with the corporate Purchasing Department (or local buyer)
· Basic accounting and invoicing
· Petty cash, drafting of checks and banks
· Import/export documentation (assembly for accountants)
· Reporting to government entities (assembly for accountants)
· Payments and payroll elaboration
Requirement
· This employee will be bi-lingual and have a bachelor degree major in wire & cable with 3-5 years OEM, industrial wire and cable market experience
